Q. How do I access my account information using online banking?
A. Online banking, for security purposes, requires you to enter both your personal ID and your personal PIN to access your account.
Q. Who can access my account information over the internet?
A. Unless you have revealed your PIN to someone, you are the only one who has access to the account. No bank employees will know or have access to your PIN.

Q. Online banking gives me access to what types of accounts?
A. You can review account balances on any of your personal checking, savings, certificates of deposit, IRA’s, and all consumer loans and mortgages.
Q. Can I stop or modify my request to transfer funds between accounts?
A. Yes – you can modify or cancel your funds transfer request. However, after you’ve completed a funds transfer transaction and have received confirmation, you cannot stop the transfer from occurring. At that point, if you change your mind about the amount you wanted to transfer simply make a new transfer to move funds between accounts as desired.
